Do I Really Need Counseling?

Counseling no longer holds the stigma that it once did.  Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, a relationship issue, or a life transition, now it is fairly common to seek assistance from a trained, objective professional.  But how do you know when you really need counseling?   This is an individual decision, but if you have tried unsuccessfully to resolve an issue then counseling can be a pro-active step in the right direction.  It is certainly worth a try!
